Release notes 2024-05

Created by Martin Imre, Modified on Mon, 3 Jun, 2024 at 12:46 PM by Martin Imre

New Features:

  • New Intervention for Recurrent Tickets: We changed when & how new interventions are created for recurrent tickets. From now on, the system only creates a new intervention when there are active subfaults. If you close a recurrent ticket with active metafaults, the system will only trigger a new intervention when there are new active subfaults.
Only relevant sub- & metafaults will be copied to the new ticket.
For more details on the subject matter, check out Recurrent Tickets & What is a "New Intervention" Ticket

Feature Enhancements:

  • Visual brush-up for New interventionRegardless of how a new intervention is triggered, the affected faults will be greyed out  in the old ticket to indicate that they won't receive any updates in that ticket anymore. The activity stream & log now also show the number of faults copied over to the new ticket

  • User hierarchy validation: We improved our internal validation for user hierarchies, allowing us to catch mistakes before they make it into our system

Bug Fixes:

  • You've got mail!: We fixed a bug that occasionally caused the system to not send out email notifications.

  • Monitoring 500s: Some users reported seeing a mysterious "error 500" when entering the monitoring section. We've fixed this - the monitoring section should be accessible without any issues again.

  • Thumbnails are now shown correctly: We patched an issue with displaying the thumbnails of uploaded images - don't worry, the image & file uploads weren't affected.
