AOC 2.0 Beta

We've been cooking for a while. This is a complete overhaul of how the AOC works under the hood. It allows us to squash bugs quicker, and iterate on features with ease. It comes with many performance improvements and some new functionality.
You can now switch to the new UI in the user menu on the right top - just select "Try the new UI".

We'd love to hear your feedback at support@raicoon.com.
Note that the beta does currently not provide the Reporting and Portfolio section, but we will add them soon.

Other news

New Features:

  • Reference Data: You can now edit the technical and financial reference data for your plant and view the reports in the reporting section based on the data you've entered.

Feature Enhancements:

  • You've got mail: We added the device IDs/names to notification emails. We've also improved the email headers to avoid incorrect spam detection.

  • Monitoring: We've added the target metrics of trackers, as well as the inverter state, error, and temperature sub-metrics.

  • Reconfigured: We've redesigned the way we store plant & device configuration data. This was long overdue and allowed us to fix many bugs along the way.

Bug Fixes:

  • Recovered: Fixed a bug where tickets were sometimes not auto-closed after being marked as recovered.
  • File uploads fixed: Fixed bug where files uploaded to tickets would be leaked to all other organizations who can see the ticket.

  • Data ingestion: We fixed an issue that caused our FTP route to ignore devices with the same ID at different data loggers.

  • Simulations: We fixed a performance issue where too many import events for a plant could hamstring our simulations.
