New Features:

• Organization names in comments: If users from different organizations contribute to a comments thread, their organization names are now displayed next to their names.
• Bazefield API: We now support importing data via the Bazefield API
  

Feature Enhancements:

• Fault detection: Users reported some faults not being detected. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that these fault were in facts detected but were added to very old tickets (e.g. 1 year old). This is now improved with faults added to tickets that are not older than 30 days.
• Recurrent and Intermittent faults: Extended the detection to all component types

Bug Fixes:

• Excel/PDF export bug: A bug was patched where an error was thrown when users attempted to export the report as PDF or Excel
• Plant filtering: Improved navigation and filtering in the plant selection pane
• Plant files (Attachment): Fixed issue where attached plant files would not show up under the plant section
• Missing states in comments & activity log: The comments and activity log section now logs and displays "Invoiced" and "Set paid" states
• Sorting in plant configuration table: The issue fixed where sorting would not behave as intended when there were missing values in the plant configuration table
• Fault detection delay: Bug fixed where fault detection would have a slight delay for certain plants

UX Changes:

• Readability improvements: Changes made to a number of UI elements for better readability
