New Features:
- Log New Interventions in activity stream: Regardless of whether our system or a user creates a new intervention, there will now always be an entry in the ticket activity stream & activity log linking the two tickets together.
For more info on New Intervention see What is a "New intervention" ticket - Demystifying the activity stream: The activity stream can have many different entries. We now added an explanation popup of the icons when you click on any of them.
Bug Fixes:
- Edge case with incorrect recurrent tickets: We fixed a bug that occasionally led to recurrent tickets being created only containing a meta fault without a current ongoing outage.
Note: This does not affect New Interventions for recurrent tickets.
For more information on recurrent tickets see Recurring tickets. - Info banner on mobile now showing correctly: We patched the issue and the banner should now display correctly on mobile whenever we have some important news.
- Monitoring unselect all working again: We resolved a minor hiccup where the unselect all button in the monitoring section wouldn't work sometimes.
Other Changes:
- Ticket routing (auto-assignee) cleanup: We changed a lot about how we internally store and handle the data related to ticket routing in preparation for an upcoming feature.
Nothing has changed for you, but for us, it makes a huge difference and eases further feature development. - Cloud Infrastructure relocation: We relocated our cloud infrastructure and organized it in a safe and more error-resilient way. Besides the scheduled maintenance, earlier this month, you shouldn't notice any change, however, it allows us to quicker deploy new versions of the AOC.
- Automatically update to the latest version: We changed the way how we release new versions so that you don't need to manually reload the AOC upon release. This is now happening automatically.
