New Features:
- Conditional Dispatch: The Ticket Auto Assignee chain was replaced with "Dispatch Rules". Dispatch Rules allow you to configure a set of conditions together with a dispatch path to automatically route tickets based on their properties.
- Plant's Faults: You can now check all faults for a given plant on the plant's page "Faults" tab.
- Ticket Fault List: Recurrent faults are now displayed as groups - just like microcuts. The subfaults are listed below their respective metafaults.
- Find out what caused losses: You can now filter for tickets that produced losses on a given date either by selecting the filter for the ticket list or clicking on a bar in in the loss analysis or gap chart on the dashboard.
Feature Enhancements:
- Ticket List: Headers are now sticky. They also show the number of filtered tickets instead.
- Performance improvements: Improved load times for the dashbaord and ticket page when selecting many plants.
- Rick got smarter: AI Advisor Rick has now context about previous tickets.
- Organization management: Now you can manage a user's plant memberships in bulk on the corresponding user's detail page.
- User management: organization Admins can now restore blocked users and resend invitations emails to invited users.
Bug Fixes:
- Monitoring today: Fixed a bug where an incorrect date was selected in monitoring. Now the plant's local "today" is used per default.
- Dashboard - Service Charts: Fixed the service charts not working when all plants where selected.
- Fault Grouping: Sensor metrics were not grouped with their respective sensor. Similar motors were not grouped with their respective tracker for tickets. This is fixed now.
- Delay fixed: Fixed a bug where our fault detection would report no data faults one day late for devices that only send once a day.
- Got a date: Fixed a bug where ticket activity log entries would display dates instead of numerical values.
- InvalidDateTime: Fixed an issue that would always show “InvalidDateTime” instead of the messages' time in the AI advisor chat.
